Suzanne Hadley
Business Strategy & Community Outreach
Suzanne Hadley has over 30 years of experience in business and leadership. She earned her MBA from Dartmouth College and began her career on Wall Street in finance before moving into marketing at a New York City direct mail firm.
After relocating to Manhattan Beach in 1997, Suzanne co-owned and operated a brick-and-mortar retail business for 20 years while raising her family. She was elected to the Manhattan Beach City Council in 2019 and served as Mayor from 2020 to 2021.
Today, Suzanne works for a South Bay company where she uses AI daily. She is passionate about combining real-world business experience with practical technology to help local businesses grow and operate more efficiently.
Chad Drew
Automation Strategy & Systems Implementation
Chad Drew has spent more than 15 years building and operating businesses across e-commerce, product development, and digital marketing. He began his career as a professional writer, spending over a decade in television and comedy, where he developed a sharp ability to communicate clearly and creatively.
Since 2014, Chad has owned and operated an e-commerce brand, growing it through hands-on experimentation with automation, systems, and emerging technology. As a business owner himself, he understands firsthand the operational strain small businesses face when time, staff, and resources are limited.
Today, Chad focuses on helping small business owners use AI and automation in practical, non-overwhelming ways to streamline operations, reclaim time, and improve profitability without unnecessary tools or hype.
